MINCEM provided expert services to a Kenya-based lead assessor company, to investigate a claim by a cement manufacturing company in Kenya , about the crack developed on kiln shell leading to shell replacement and major stoppage of a cement plant.

1. Site visit to inspect the cracked shell
2. To study various inputs provided by the claimant.
3. To provide a report on probable cause/causes for the crack formation.
4. To provide advice on best practices to be followed by the claimant to avoid such occurrence in the future.
